First a little report and then a question
I did unaff prelim 1 at my yard tonight...only found out at 2 oclock that i was doing it So i rushed home to get my stuff, came back plaited up and got myself ready.
Warm up was terrible he was really innatentive and hollow.
Test was much better and despite the fact my caller disappeared and i had to ride it from what i had memorised from reading the test about 10 minutes before i warmed up.... we got 67.36% and came 5th and won our first rosette ever!!!!!!!!!!!!
Judge commented on the fact that he is hollow in the transition to canter, and no stretch in the free walk.
What things can i work on to improve these and try and push the marks up
