First Dressage Test with the new horse

Hi all

I bought my new girl two months ago. We've had some us and downs, mainly because we've struggled to find a saddle that fits her well. But today we went to our first Dressage comp. It was only Intro A but we came 2nd!!!

I was really chuffed with her...she warmed up beautifully and although she was a bit spooky in the ring (it was in a smaller indoor), she held it together and was a good girl.

She is 5yr old Irish Draught and I hope to do some unaffiliated ODEs this year, and if we do ok, I'll have a stab at BE80. Either way - I was pleased with our first outing!

thanks everyone...i was really pleased with her so to get a rosette was the icing on the cake
