Well last night i took Billy to Abbey dressage for our first ever dressage. We did the prelim 14. I was sooo stressed about the whole ordeal im just glad its over!! 
We got 57.92% which i was really pleased with as the horse before me conveniently wee'd at 'X' so Billy didnt want to go in it so my straight lines had a wobbly in as he'd go around the wee, my two out of 4 circles had a wobble in so he could go around the wee and my two change of reins had a wobble in so he could go around the wee!! x
It felt horrendous but judges commented on how lovely he was and when he was round he went brilliantly. I got three 7's which im pleased with but i got a 4 where he dropped out of canter - again to avoid the wee!!
So i'm going to try another one and see how he scores without a wee in the middle of the arena!! I will then work on improving my score based on that!
I was soo pleased with how he behaved, he wasnt spooky (which he can be very spooky!) he was relaxed, even though i was super stressed!! I got him there, unloaded and loaded on my own which is the first time that no-one has came with me and he has came such a long way from when i got him.
It felt awful but watching the video back it was actually reasonably good apart from scuttling past the wee patch at 'X' everytime xxx
