awwh lovely-I'd love a palomino baby my mares got chestnuts and blacks in her history but she's a bay ;)

There IS hope, my arab had a palomino filly (sadly not to my own stallion, she's had a bay and a chestnut to him:() by a palomino stallion, no way can Lola have dilute blood in her so it must have been all down to the stallion, I think Color Calculator said there was something like a 6% chance of a palomino.

Probably easier to go out and buy one;)

Delphipuppy...I'm waiting for my Decanter baby, my mare is 343 days today and has been dripping milk supa excited! :-)

She is super... In that first pic, she takes the breath away.

Out of interest, has McJonnas got any offspring under saddle yet? I've been looking at him for a couple of years, and like the look of him, but he doesn't seem to have any credentials/competition records to his name? Am I wrong?

Any further info much appreciated :)

filly is stunning and i mean she is a wee stunner, soooooooo cute.
i didnt know we couldnt say our foals breeding, why is that?

Advertising I think, apparently mentioning a stallion on here takes advertising away from HHO. Maybe it is only stallion owners that aren't allowed to say?

I own my stallion, but even if I had to advertise him to get mares (which I don't, total strangers come to my door asking to use him) I wouldn't use HHO...not for yah-boo-sucks reasons, just because I am 3500 miles away.

It is a pretty pointless rule anyway, if someone is interested in a particular stallion/stud then they simply PM the owner/breeder of the foal etc.

Here you are, c & p'd from the sticky:

Dear forum users

There has been some debate about what is, and is not, acceptable use of the breeding board so I hope that this post will provide further clarification on some grey areas. These points apply to all users of this board including stallion owners, stud owners and their associates.

Do not link to stud websites in your signature.

Do not start new threads about your own stallion/stud or any stallion/stud that you are associated with, including threads about your stallions progeny.

Foal pictures should be contained within the 2011 foals thread or posted in the picture gallery.

Stallion owners ARE encouraged to respond to questions made by third parties about their stallions, but please keep it brief and to the point and do not post pics/videos/weblinks in your response. Invite readers to contact you by PM for further information.

Stallion owners ARE allowed to suggest their stallions in response to "which stallion for my mare" type posts, but please comply with the same guidelines as in point 4.

Any individual who is seen to be repeatedly posting about a particular stallion in a manner that could be considered promotional in nature, risks having action taken against their account regardless of whether they can be identified as being directly linked to that stallion or not.

There is no place in the forum for individuals who are rude, abusive or in any way unpleasant to each other or other members of the breeding community, regardless of what has gone on in the past and whether those individuals are current forum users or not.

Please be aware that this forum consists of users who may have used your stallion, stud or services in the past and provided that their comments are factually accurate and in keeping with the rules of this forum they are entitled to post their opinions of your services.

If you feel that a individual has breached these guidelines then please send a PM to HHO Admin with a link to the post in question so the matter can be investigated. Please note that any request for a post to be removed must be made by the affected party.

These guidelines run alongside the main forum terms and conditions, which can be accessed via a link at the bottom of the page.

HHO reserve the right to amend and/or append these guidelines.

Thank you for your assistance.

I think the post may get removed if I say!

As did the one I just posted of my latest lovely filly! I expect the person who reported that one will now unfortunately report this one! the filly was not for sale and I have plenty of mares to my stallion without any help from Horse and Hound! Oh well, it's just as well we have facebook!

Oh for Goodness Sake! Was that about the one about Double Cream? I just love that name.

How flaming petty is that, I hope the sad little button pusher feels properly righteous

I honestly can't see what is so wrong with giving a foal's breeding, so just because one owns a stallion you can't mention your foal?

Well, my threads should also be banned then, the only reason I don't use his registered name is that it is of no interest to anyone in Europe anyway.

I can only put it down to sour grapes

I have seen the pics of her on HHO facebook page and she is adorable.

Its a shame we, as stallion owners are not allowed to post pics of our babies, when others are :(

My Negro mare has a stunning black colt last night, but I can't show you all :(
