Good luck, and yes videos are fab to have (thanks bc) if only to show where you (not the dog) need to improve.

I was a bit sad on finding that I don’t have any videos of Dax’s first KC runs, until I realised that they probably pre-dated the widespread existence of phones with video capability ? I mean, they existed but few enough people would be ringside with one and offer to film you, unlike today. Been doing this too long!

Good luck! Bunny and I are very much enjoying our fun agility, I'm not sure we would ever get to that level :)

Aw that's sad. I remember being a "catcher" at what I think was one of her first shows (Oswestry) as you say probably not so many phone/videos around then, though I do remember some hilarious ones you took of Pickle, usually with you giggling in the background. If I'm around I will make sure I video your next first run :)

I think I get times but as I’ve booked all four runs I expect to be there all day ?

In my experience you will be there all day but all your runs will come in quick succession and you will be running from ring to ring like the proverbial :D. I was at a UKA show last weekend, got there for 9.30 am for a measure, didn't have first run till 2.30 then literally as I came out of that ring they were walking my next course. I abandoned my poor dog with a total stranger while I walked it .

Sorry 😂 You are right, that would have been one of if not the first. All that worry and all those catchers and she never did bog off, bless her. And now they're nearly all fenced anyway! These new competitors don't know they're born 😉

It will be some time before I have another debut, I received a photo this morning of a creature comprised entirely of ears.

Looking forward to hearing how the competition went.
I did my second KC show yesterday with Arthur and got our first clear (2 seconds slower than the winner). I had catchers at the entrance and exit but they weren't needed this time.
I was exhausted last night..... I think the adrenaline tires me out. Arthur slept well too.
