First Pre Novice so easy one please!

I am doing the unafilliated 100cm class at Bovington at the end of this month so want to do a BE one in May but hoping to do one that won't frighten the life out of me?! My horse has done a season of BE 100 previously but I've only done Intro with him, although I have done Novice but many years ago I am now a big scardy cat!
So my choice in my area and dates I can do are Twesldown or Borde Hill? I haven't been to either for a while, I'm in winchester.
Any tips/advice please? xx

I don't know Borde Hill but Tweseldown is generally considered to be up to height and the course is quite twisty.

Ascott under Wychwood or West Wilts could be good and I think that BCA is quite kind.

Thank you , trying to find something towards middle to end of May not too far from Winchester, happy to travel about 1.45 Hrs. To be honest I'm more nervous about the sj! Xc I just seem to sit and squeeze and not panic about striding! Sj I tend to flap!!

Aston-le-Walls isn't too bad a drive up the A34 and the SJ is on a surface I think. The xc is again one of the kinder ones.

TWeseldown is normally up to height but rides well. Bordehill is nice. I did it as my first on my horse when I got her last year

West Wilts is nice, and SJ on a surface, and Aston-Le-Walls is a good course too, SJ was on grass last year.

Just entered Tweseldown as 2 hrs to Borde Hill is a bit too much of a trek! Fingers crossed I find some confidence!

You could always school at Tweseldown first if you can fit that in.

Yes will see if I can go have a play first! I've got Bovington UA 100 at the end of the month so will see how that goes! X
