Hi
just joined this all new to me!!! Have just got a 4 year old ex racehorse after having 11 years with my old horse who was sadly put down last year, i had her since she was 4 and we taught each other so much no other horse will ever replace her, her talent was endless - very sad she was brilliant and i miss her so much,
but the day after she went fate happened and an ex racehorse was looking for a home as he didnt like racing so i have him now he is lovely but so much work to do we have done 2 walk and trot tests as the canter is not fantastic but now we are off to do prelim 7 on sunday cant wait should be interesting!!! we have been jumping little fences after we have done flatwork but he gets cocky with them so last night put it up to about 2ft 3 and he completely backed off so maybe he is not that confident in his jumping as he thinks he may be!!!??? Planning to do lots of dressage this year and play with clear round showjumping and xc schooling nothing big yet though hopefully he will get there
