And she was a star!

Headed off to Keysoe, Bedford, yesterday for our first full height competition. First Round was agilty with weaves, see saw etc. We went clear in this and after class found we were just out of the placings. We were 8th on 35secs dead and 7th was just under 35secs but got a gorgeous clear round rosette. Not bad out of 60 dogs! Second class I really fluffed as she had gone so well in previous class I wasnt on the ball. Only a few faults tho. 3rd class was jumping and quite a complicated course. Missed one weave but rest of course was great. Last class was jumping again. Got through the weaves fine and was going great guns when she knocked the second to last jump with her tail!. There was 131 in this class so a placing probably wasn't on the cards anyway. We hadn't even started agility this time last year so I am over the moon with how it's going!
Can't wait for the next one at the end of the month!

Next stop "dogs in need" probably the best agility show on the circuit

I'll be at Dogs in Need, come say hi, I'll have a blue/white Border Collie with naughty spots and fluffy ears in large grade 4 and a lilac/white Border Collie with naughty spots in large grade 3.
