I also do not see that the seller has done anything wrong. As a seller I would assume that if someone was serious about buying they would have put a deposit down and told me clearly that they wanted the pony subject to vetting. If I did not hear from them for 2 days simply on the basis of checking the availability of livery I would assume that they did not want the pony. I don't really understand why OP thinks they should not show the pony to someone else just because they viewed first - and for how long OP thinks that the seller should be obliged to take it off the market on this basis.
