First sj competition

Wish me luck... im taking my just turned 4y/o to his first showjumping comp tonight, only doing clear round as he's only just started jumping. I am very nervous! sure he will be ok tho

No you are right Holmside still do SJ on a Thursday night, in fact I've just passed loads of boxes heading that way on my way back from the yard. I don't think it gets as busy as it used to though. I'm planning Jenny's first trip back to SJing soon - might be Holmside might be Centurian haven't decided yet.

It was holmside i went to and my boy was super! he jumped al the course with 1 down but hes never done a course before! do centurian still do sj on a night?

Well done thats brilliant.
No I think they stopped the Wednesday night thing quite a long time ago - I used to go a lot when I just kept my horse up the road - occasionally I was the only one there so I can see why they decided not to bother any more.
Do you know if they are doing any at Holmside on a weekend? I am revving up to start SJ again and the courses aren't as tight at Holmside as Centurian.

I used to go to centurion loads too with my mare. i know sunniside riding club have a couple of sj shows at holmside on a weekend. i have the schedule somewhere i will pm you when i find it!
