first time thru a river yesterday !!!

I found a secret way down to the river Tees yesterday, and after a bit of persuading that there were no crocs or ankle nipping pirhanas, we went across and back twice !! i am such a proud mum. Hopefully the more we do it, the more he'll love it.

I just love taking horses into water on a hot day

Oooh well done! I regularly cross the Tees as the best hacking is typically on the opposite side of the river. Been a good year so far as the levels are really low.

yes, it was only ankle deep at the deepest. When I lived in Cumbria, the river was deep enough to swim in and that has to be the best !

It's all these little things that mean so much when you've started a baby yourself - it's sooooooo rewarding.
