How do you get them out!

My horse has some in his saddle, originally he wore it without but then he changed shape and needed them in so I got the saddler to put them in (as i was worried about doing it wrong), well now he had changed shape again (months later) so I need to take them out but have no idea how! Has anyone any tips? Or should I just get the saddler out again?

just undo the velcro and fish (excuse the pun!!) around til you can find them-if they were fitted correctly the end with the hole should be nearest so you can grab it and pull out-if not i have been known to slip a blunt knife-butter knife underneath them to manoeuvre them to a spot where i could grab them with my fingers!!hope you manage it

There is a velcro pocket just under the point. The fish is inside this. I find them quite hard to get out with my fingers. I find a hoof pick to hook through the hole in the end of the fish a very useful tool

Good luck

They can be difficult to get in and out. Assuming they have been inserted correctly, you should be able to grab and pull on the 'loop' with something like a crochet hook.
