'fit to ride' - a couple of questions for those of you who run?

I must be doing something wrong then, I don't usually have lunch breaks, eat at my desk and just keep going :rolleyes:

As for running in the evening after riding, i think my OH would leave :( i usually ride after work, and get home around 8pm, which leaves a little time for tea, tidy up, shower etc., :cool:
 
As a horse mad Sports Scientist by trade I recommend at least 20mins of CV a day ranging from riding, running, cycling, swimming at least ensure your heart rate reaches 160-180 bpm
