Fitness plan-Quick question

Just quick question i was unable to ride yesterday and then realised the fitness plan iv been given to work my horses back muscles was went to start yesterday
eg. thursday- walk and trot with big circals
friday- walk and troting
Would you start from thursdays session and be a day behind or just carry on to fridays? baring in mind thursdays sesson is ment to be the first day of the fitness plan

I would start from day one, but I would only do what the plan suggests and wouldn't increase it at all until nearer the end... you're only a day behind, it's not like it's a month, you just don't want to push it and make your horse worse, if you see what I mean? :)
 
Yes i understand, Just did't want to miss out a session but was a day behind so wasn't overly sure what option i should opt for but as you say its only one day thanks :) x
