I have a 7 year old mare who has been in and out of work since October because I haven't had time to keep her in consistent work, so she has mainly been hacking and has also been lunged a few times.

I now have a bit more time to get her into work again and want to get her out competing by the summer because she is still green and has no competition experience whatsoever (my long-term goal is to affiliate her).

Because she has been barely doing anything her fitness isn't as good as it was so I was just wondering if anyone could help me put together a weekly timetable for the next few weeks to get her back into work? Beginning with hacking and lunging and then schooling and jumping. She would need to have at least one day off though because on Tuesdays I'm not home until late.

TIA :)

There is actually one on horse and hound. Its meant for an eventer but can't see why it wouldn't be useful to you.

Other than that I am doing 2 flat work sessions a week 1 pole work 1 lunge and 2 hacks. So you could do that too.
