My horse chipped a bone in his leg at christmas, he was off work for 3 months and has now been back in work 9 weeks, 6 walking only, increasing up to 45 minutes, then 3 weeks walking and trotting this last week (1hr walking and trotting) tho he has been crazy, I can only put it down to him feeling well and now being too fit for what hes allowed to do. His teeth were only checked last month and he is still under the physio every month so am sure its not pain related. hes is only fed economy cubes and a bit of hifi at the moment (have cut cubes out now tho!)
So am not sure what to do with him hes allowed to canter next week but am thinking i'll be taking my life in my hands!!
Any ideas?
Oh and dont have access to horsewalker and hes not allowed to be lunged yet

I use Supercalm Instants on my horse for shows and they seem to work really well, you just give it an hour before you ride. It may help your horse. I have all this to look forward to in a couple of months time as I have an ex racehorse with a tendon injury. I will definitely be stocking up on the supercalm when I bring him back into work!
