Fitting exterior knee blocks to K&M cob dressage saddle

Help! My Kent & Masters cob dressage saddle fits my cob X mare like a glove and I need the gullet adjustability, but I have set my hearton exterior knee blocks - the bigger the better! The K&M S Series that has these will not fit her and they don't make a cob version of it. Is it possible to have blocks fitted by a saddler or leather worker and any idea of cost involved?

Saddles can be adjusted for all types of different reasons and disabilities, so I would say the best person to ask would be your saddler really, they will be able to advise you if this would be an option or not.
