We will probably look for another dog later this year. I don't think that we'll approach a rescue. Husband and I are both disabled, and we have not only dogs but also other pets in our household. No point courting disappointment. Might try one or other of the dog pounds. Might buy a puppy from a breeder. Might get used to having one less dog about the house and just not bother at all.
