Five Star Bedding website?

Just gone to order a pallet of their wood pellets based on the price that is clearly advertised on their website.

The website is obviously aimed at the equine bedding market yet the prices are for the 5% vat fuel price. The real, higher, price is only revealed when you try to place an order.

Anyone here use Five Star website and found this problem?

Probably still going to order it as need some bedding asap but thought the website was misleading and just needed a little moan

Of course, you could always order it for the very large wood pellet burner you happen to keep at the stables?

I think it's up to you which use you declare.

i wish - yard tried to order some and when the company saw it was a livery yard they increased the vat price to the 20% bedding price.

And not sure i can pretend my little detached house in a tiny grove has an industrial wood burner, lol!

yeah i know - but they enticed me with an even better price so the unexpected increase irked me!

I will order from them just think their website is very misleading
