Five Star/Eden wood pellet orders

I understand that we can order the wood pellets that we got through Five Star direct from a company called Eden (presumably Five Star's suppliers). I need to place my winter bedding order and it seems that there are still problems with refunds on existing undelivered orders with Five Star but how are *new* orders doing? Has anyone placed an order for wood pellets with Eden and had it delivered?
 
Yes I had a pallet delivered direct from eden with no problems, and they were running a discount which I think might still be on, which made it cheaper than other suppliers.
