Flair Saddles

Does anyone know anywhere in Central Scotland that will 'puff up' my flair saddle??
I had the name of a place written on a peice of paper but i can't find it or remember the name of the place at all!!

They wont "puff" it up they will put like bits of sponge in them to make the flair move round kinda thing, i dont think its possible as far as im aware ,may be wrong tho

ellie_girl they have a valve on them so that the amount of air in them can be adjusted.
