Flash update

So it's been 5 months now since Flash was sound... the saga continues

It all started with a kick to his hind leg, then he hit his left fore on the fence trying to mount a pony in the field next to his

and after a visit to the vet last week to investigate it turns out he has pain in the right fore fetlock joint. However, X-rays and ultrasound appeared to show nothing, so it's still a bit of a mystery!! Trust Flash to manage to do something complicated!!

Horses are so frustrating, it appeared to be only a slight lameness but after a flexion test he was absolutely hopping and the vet was really concerned about a reaction that severe from, such a young horse, but he'd had flexion tests before, one only about 2 months ago, and was fine then so he seems to be accumulating further injuries before each individual one heals
