Flat work instructer south shrops area

Hi, looking for a really good flat work instructer particulary one who is good with young horses, want to start bringing my mare on a bit now, shes 4 and woulkd like to concentrate on her flat work rather than jumping for the time being. Can anyone recommened anyone in the south shropshire area?
