Does anybody have any experience with either of these? I lik the look of Equinola but the only stockist I can find is mole valley, and there doesn't seem to be too much info about it around. If not my second option would be flax bedding, does it make a warm comfy bed? I don't mind bedding taking a while to muck out as long as it is comfy, warm and absorbent for them.

There's a supplier on eBay too. I was also torn between equinola and flax but decided on latter with a cover for the pallet to dissuade the rats from nesting. I know it works really well as a bed for my mare.

I have used Equinola for the last year or so. It makes a lovely bed and absorbs really well. I get mine from Mole Valley, switched from buying Bliss from another supplier due to price. I take all the wet out at the weekend and top up by approx 1 bale a week, maybe 2 in the winter if horses are in longer. Bales are very compacted so you seem to get a lot in it. Keeps the dung heap small too.
