Have just ordered some bombs from Amazon as have been using flea traps the last couple of nights and horrified at the amount we‘ve caught ?. Praying they’re going to work.

?? Never heard of bombs or flea traps, where would I get a flea trap and what do you do once you have caught them? I think I still have some and am going to do my dogs again next week and have another good spray of the house.. I am continually hoovering up dead ones!!!! I have NEVER known anything like it, I feel unclean

I use this type of flea trap. It has been left on all night. The fleas stick to the sticky pads having been attracted by the light and heat.

A friend of mine uses a flea trap, really rates it. Catches a few other insects too.

thanks for the link, I am going to order a flea trap but not sure I’m comfortable with the bombs, I would worry about my dogs

Please do, I’m scared of what might turn up upstairs, I’ve been bitten AGAIN! I’d like to see what they turn up.
Do they get spiders? I don’t like hurting them, I was very upset that Mitch caught one and killed it this week.
How do the traps work, is there an insecticide in them or do the fleas just get stuck and starve to death!
Or like humane mousetraps, you have to release the fleas in the wild

ive just bought one to put in my bedroom as that and the stairs are the only carpets. im hoping i dont get any as the dogs dont go up there but i cant relax when im in bed as im imagining the things crawling over me. i hope it doesnt get spiders, i normally catch them and put them outside before i go to bed as i had one land on my face once and i cant forget that night. i never kill them and im not scared of them but dont want to sleep with them on the ceiling just in case. i have sprayed the bedroom thoroughly and the stairs so hope ive done enough. ive also sprayed all of downstairs again and am collecting another spray for the house and more flea stuff for the next couple of months for the dogs. i hate this !!!! it makes me feel unclean

They have very sticky pads in like those horrible mousetraps/the fly strings shops hang up in forrin parts. I wouldn’t mind this for fleas!
