Flesh Wound Through Nostril

On Sunday my pony caught her nose on a bucket hook and ripped it open its been stitched and has healed well , I'm just a bit weary of when to begin exercising her again? Any Ideas? The stitches are dissolvable and the wound is no longer seeping / bleeding.

If her bridle doesn't touch the injury I see no reason not to be gently riding her. Just be wary of her getting sweaty and wanting to pub her face.
