Flexi rein

hi there, yeah i have used them on my tb - found them excellent for getting my normally reluctant horse to soften and take a contact. A really big help!
Downside - if you use a martingale it doesnt fit well onto the reins despite what they say! And i also dont think the 'strong' setting is strong enough if your doing any fast work out hacking. THat said, thought they were ace for schooling and easy enough to take on and off.

I've used them and found them very useful in getting horses to soften and stop leaning on the bit. I like using them for schooling and hacking but not jumping.
I agree with saddlesore about the martingale though, they just don't mix.
 
I used one on my mare - it stopped her pulling like a train and she's much softer and has started carrying herself in an outline now

I got a pair of Stubben ones off eBay for £20 inc. P&P. Although I found them great for my mare YO tried them on her youngester - same age and same problem as my mare - but it didn't work nearly so well.
