Flexi Rein

i have those ones and they are fab, really good. also my mare has taken to chewing them whilst i am tacking up an she hasn't done any damage to them at all.
 
I have these, haven't had a proper chance to use them yet - planning on using them today so will let you know

Oh they are such a good price, think I will give them a go. I was always intrigued by the flexi rein but not convinced enough to pay out lots of money for them e.g. fantastic elastic reins.
 
they are good for learning how the contact should be elastic but i have now taken mine off - i found i was giving big reins aids - because of the elastic it meant smaller aids wasnt actually doing amything - so got me into bad habits - helped for a while though

I bought them for my youngster to encourage a nice contact (very fussy with her mouth and tends to throw her head about) she has just had wolf teeth out and my what a difference - i think it has mmore to do with her teeth but i managed a lovely consistent outline for 5 strides of trot, the reins felt alot better and found i only had to tweek them very gently and she cam down onto the contact beautifully.

yeah i would recommened them but i wont be using them all the time, dont want to relay on them too much esp as we have a dressage test in may
