Flexineb dex question

How long did it take on dex through a flexineb before your horse improved to the point he/she could come back into work?
Mine has been on 2ml dex 2ml saline twice a day for 3 days and I'm seeing very little, if any, improvement.

I think it depends partly on how bad they are when you start the flexineb. The first year J was diagnosed it took 7-10 days to see a noticeable improvement and back in light work after 14 days. Now he starts on it as soon as his symptoms start and there's he's usually symptom free within 7 days.
