I am still in the progress of planning my field shelter, I am putting it in quite a sheltered spot, and am building it out of breeze block. I was going to floor it in concrete but am now not sure as I was not planning on bedding it. I am however going to put a 3 metre hardstanding area out to the front and to the side. Would it be possible to leave the inside with earth for flooring or would it still become too muddy inside??
