Flu boosters

Just a question, mine were due flu boosters. Flu only not tetunus this year. Vet turned up and realised she only had one flu jab with her. She said she could just do the other with flu/tet. It wouldnt harm the horse but would have to come back otherwise. Just realised I have been charged more for flu/tet than straight flu. Its not a big amount but a bit annoying as it wasnt my fault she turned up without the right jabs! would other expect to be charged more in these circs?

As it was her error, I'd expect to be charged for just the flu, not the extra for the combined jab. Hopefully a quick phone call to remind the practice what happened will see the extra charge knocked off.

It’s a mistake, and you’ll pay a fiver more this year, but next year it’ll be flu only and you’ll save a fiver….. It is their fault and they’ll probably refund the difference if pointed out, but is it worth the hassle, and being ‘that’ client for something which will balance out in the long term?
