Does it seem strange that when competing BE etc. you have to show passports and sometimes vac. are checked but you see companion or childrens ponies at the events and young horses just being schooled, shown around. I hope all the owners are responsible people but it does make a mockery of showing it!

But have you ever seen them check that the horse named on the passport is actually the one you have brought?
