Fly bites!

My poor boy was bitten by the flies under his tummy and on his sheath and both areas are slightly swollen.
Does anyone have any recommendations for a cream that might help soothe and reduce the swelling?

I hope they have gone down a bit now but for next time it happens, I always think a bit of cold hosing really helps if they will let you do it.

I use biteback products repel gel for those sensitive areas.
