fly fringes and home made fly spray?

Where is best to get them from as in cheap but they work lol.
2 tack shops here weren't very good for them. one only had the net ones and the other only had ones for £8. Anywhere online?

ETA - can you guys give me the recipes you use for making fly spray please?

10ml bottle of Citronella,
500ml bottle of Malt Vinegar.
