Fly mask help!

My boy has a huge pink nose & every year it burns badly but not for lack of trying - he goes mental if I put sunblock on, blowing repeatly & rubbing against every available surface until its off! So total waste of time.

So, I just spent nearly £20 on a nice new P.E buster mask with the extended nose - he still goes mental snorting & blowing rubbing it around - he just hates stuff over his nose :-( He's got it off within 30 mins both days (hes only had it 2 days) & has even managed to now tear it slightly too!

Is there an invincible fly mask which will stay on?! Or could it be worth putting a field safe headcollar over this one to try & keep it in place?

End of my teather with him!!! Grrrrr lol

You can get ones that have just the noes bit and it attaches to the head collar. But best idea is to put a headcollar on. It's the only I found to keep the mask on my two ponies because they role so much.
Putting it on for 30 mins is a good idea so he can get used to it. Perhaps put it on him when your grooming so you can keep an eye on him unless he get to anxie with it
