i use one of these, does the trick, stops flys in eyes and ears. Pony doesn't manage to get it off either.

Ive tried lots of fly/sun masks over the years for my perlino, The Cashel Crusader wins my vote hands down

We use the Equilibrium ones and have always been pleased with how well they fit and work
