Hiya,
My cob doesn't have such a problem with the eyes but more about the ears, and she also rubs quite hard so has managed to rip plenty. Does anyone use a mask with stronger ears? Something like the material used over the eyes in the lemieux ones
One of my friends has that without the ears so no idea what they are like- do they snag/catch on things? can small midge-like flies get in through the holes?
Thanks 😊

I use the no nose or ears version for my mare. It's on its 3rd year after being worn most days from May to Sept. Been washed several times. No snags or midges getting through. I went a size larger than normal as found they come up small.

Really good quality and no rubs but my mare accidentally takes hers off while she’s rolling..whatever way she moves her head while rolling it comes over her years (her mask has ears)

I have always used the Equlibrium ones. I have ones that have lasted 5 years or so.

The trick is though to get them on before they become itchy, so they don't rub on them.

I never find one where the material is away from the eyes enough. Last year I resorted to hanging a bunch of coins in the eyes to make them stretch.
