recommendations please 
have a 13.1h exmoor and need a 5'3 rug. I do have a decent neck from an old riff raff rug that I can use, so one with a detachable neck preferable (and find they generally work better anyway). Am fed up of ordering rugs that don't seem to fit anything other than Section Bs.
