Fly Rugs- HELP!

Need to get a flysheet for Bramble, as the flys are beginning to bother him a bit! There are so many out there, and I don't really want to spend over £30. I've seen two I like from the Ride-Away catouloge, the "Masta Fly Mesh Rug with Fixed Neck" and the "Amigo Mio Flysheet".

Is there much of a difference between the two, and can you give me any suggestions? Thanks!
 
Thanks! Would you say the overall quality is good, as it's a company I've never heard of before? Also, how many straps are there on the neck, as the photos aren't very clear?!

I got my rug within 4 days, the neck has two velcro straps on it, no buckles. And i tend to have to leave the headcollar on so the neck cover stays up properly. x
