Fly Rugs - Recommendations?

Think we are going to have to invest as 3 yr old gets nasty lumps and bumps from fly bites and would quite like to do some in hand showing with him! Plus they look quite sore.
So looking for opinions on which ones are good/bad? Do people think the stiff or the soft mesh is better? Any that are particular good for not rubbing etc? (Know it depends on shape of horse but as a guide he is currently 16.1hh ISHxKWPN so middleweight at the moment still fairly babyish accross the chest!)

Thanks TicTac, generally speaking MT are my fave rugs, is it a soft mesh or a stiffer one?

I second Mark Todd combo, it is lovely and soft and doesn't move at all (much to Bentley's frustration as he loves to wriggle out of a rug

Another Mark Todd Ultra Combo fan - lovely soft material, never got hot underneath, nice big belly flap and no rubs on shoulders or mane.

Yet another Mark Todd fan. All MT rugs are brill but esp the fly rugs. They seem to fit all different shapes from skinny tbs to large warmbloods

This question was asked before and everyone said the Mark Todd one. I toddled off and bought 2 and I am absolutely delighted with them, brill quality and design!

I am using the Hydrophane Fly Rug on a very sensative TB, fits beautifully, no rubs and never moves not too expensive either x

I've got the Jumpers Horse Line fly rug, which is basically a cheaper version of the Mark todd but is pretty similar - made by the same company I believe!
