Fly spray on face?

Blacky doesn't like things on her face, even brushing she lifts her head up

so obviously spraying directly on her face is out. i spray it onto a brush for the rest of her body but she still shakes her head around trying to brush it onto her face, so it ends up going everywhere but her face, mainly all over me

any tips on what else i could use to get it on her face as the flies are really starting to annoy her now.

Spray it on to a nice soft cloth, and then wipe it on her face - obviously avoiding the eyes.

We have one of those cactus mits and spray it on there for Ron, because he rears and squishes you against the wall if you spray him anywere! silly horse

Although he is slowly getting better with sprays.

i also spray mine onto my hand then wipe on face

hand doesnt get sticky but it does smell until you can wash your hands with soap

I buy a fly repellant gel and apply with a sponge. Less wastage than with a spray onto cloth / brush.

i spray it on my hands and wipe it over his face too! doesnt get sticky just smells like lemons xxx
