Fly Vecro Belly flap/band replacement

So the belly flap on my trusty premier equine fly rug has vanished in the field

The rug is old but in good condition and I really don't need the expense of buying a new rug. I did try a cheaper brand but it just didn't compare.

I cant find a replacement belly flap anywhere. I am sure I have seen them about before. Can anyone help find one? I don't even mind an alternative brand or second hand.

The alternative is me trying to put something together on my sewing machine which is probably not going to go well!

They changed the fastening a while back, but is it worth emailing them to see if there's one lying around 'out back'? They definitely used to sell them separately, as I bought one.
