I invited the photo group of a club I belong to up to photograph the horses. These are my favourites of what they've sent me so far.

She's a proper little jumper, I almost wish I had a jockey for her.

Pip isn't so energetic.

Henry was more interested in looking at the cameras, he doesn't have a white rim to his eye or a parrot mouth! The mane's all real though :)

And Rizzle's kind, pretty eye, so as not to leave him out.

Brilliant photo of Henry. The rest are great too but that one stands out.

He was on a big display board of the best photos of the year at the AGM and I couldn't stop looking at it :)

They are all taken by amateur photographers who know nothing about horses. They keep thanking me for the wonderful time they had, but I'm the lucky one, I think, to get these photos.

Lovely photos, but Rizzle's eye stands out for me - there's a depth of wisdom in there :smile3:

There is, isn't there? And that's normal, too, not just a one-off, especially now he's getting older. I've always had a suspicion that his anxiety was actually as a result of being my most intelligent horse.

The person who took that one was unhappy that 'a streak of white' had spoiled the shot and could it be photoshopped out? I smiled when I saw it was a guard hair.

Henry is hilarious :D

I want my own mini I help look after my friends standard Shetland Mr Pastry aged 32years at weekends and he's such a wilful character and also help her sometimes with 4 elderly minis it's like playing my little pony only a hundred times better. :)

How dare you insult him like that :) He thinks he's a rock star:

Ten years ago, that is a head I would never have wanted to see looking over a door in my yard. He was bought to break and sell, as a test for whether I would be happy to have 'an old ladies horse' when I was older. Old ladies horse? He's a superstar, he isn't leaving any time soon.
