Flys!! And youngster!!

My two are getting absolutely mauled by midges and horse flies, my mate has a sweetish rug one but is still very bothered
I have just bought a conny rising 3 year old, should I fly rug her?!?
Or any other miracle solutions other than fly spray? The rain is that on and off that it's just washing it off!

regardless of age, if they're bothered by the flies then rug them
