foal adult height

Hello, everyone just after some help really, i know its hard to guess a foals adult hight, i have a 4 month old colt he stands 11.0hh at present. I bought him to keep my orphan filly company and to ride in the future, he was 6 weeks when i got him, he had lost his mum at a week old, so didnt have the best start, the breeder told me his mum was 15hh and dad 14.2hh dales. What height would you expect him to grow? we always thought about 14.0hh but i had the vet passport him last week, and she thought he was tiny and i'd be lucky if he made 13.2hh its a very long time to keep him if i am unable to ride him, just wondered if anyone else has had a foal at this size and age and what adult hight they made thanks

my filly is 12hh and 12 weeks old. mum is 15.2 and dad 16.1hh.
but not sure what that means as to full height sorry

A while ago there was a post on here with a formula to calculate rough adult height if you measure foal at 3 or 4 months if you have a search through old posts it might come up sorry cant remember what it is

Not sure if any help but my boy was 13.1hh ish at 6 months and due to make about 16.2hh.

My newforest was about that height at that age he is now 3 and stands just over 14hh and is still bum high he was bred to make 13.2hh. I have always thought that native types mature slowly so i would not worry just yet : )
