What colour is this foal pls ? I thought foals weren't born grey but this little looks it to me or will it just turn black? 😎

Not sure I'm afraid..mum is black n white..dad unknown (surprise foal).
I just thought greys were always born their base colour and then turned grey ?

Normally, when a youngster starts to grey out, it happens first around the eyes. The white flecks on the foal could be caused by something other than grey. Do you have any photos showing the whole foal?

I think the foal will shed out to black and white like mum.
