More on the ITV news FB page. She was being kept with another horse. Maybe a mare who suckled her, but not clear from the report. She was found in ‘ok’ condition.

It was footage from the police drone which ID’d her, and then the police moved in.

Because the sort of people that steal ponies are too stupid to realise a foal needs its mum. They probably stole it for their feral child because it was cute
