We had a lovely TB by Danehill Dancer, went like the proverbial sh** off a shovel, and had an enormous jump! Unfortunately had his mind blown by early racing experience, and also back injury - but he was a lovely chap, very fine boned and beautiful. Good luck with your foalie!
You will be happy to hear that foal has finally woken up to the world and found the milk bar - having been tubed numerous times and given fluids as a precaution.
How many more foals do you have due at the stud? Seeing so many foals every year - especially so many very well-bred babies - you must be a pretty good judge of foals by now. I always find it so difficult to assess foals - they all look so damn cute!

We've got 72 due this year, well 70 now that 2 have hit the deck! I'm not where I was, you know that don't you? I've moved house and my career has taken a turn for the better! I think it's impossible to judge foals properly until they've filled out and stop looking like spiders - 3 months is a good age IMO. I agree, they all look far too cute to be critical! When is Tobago's first one due?
