Foal rug sizes

Going to need to get my foal a rug for when its born (April 08). As they will be living out with field shelter.
Any ideas on approx size of rug I would need for foal? Mare is a 15.3hh HW cob, stallion is 16.1hh ISH.
I know they grow very quickly but I'm worried the foal will get wet and cold without one.

I know I know!
My foalie was by a 16.2 stallion, out of a 15.2 mare, both middleweight and when new born, she fitted a 2'6" New Zealand.
However, she grew out of it in literally one week so I'd go for at least 2'9" or 3'0" as you'll be astonished by how fast the fat little lumps grow!
