i'm off to the NFPCBS sale 21 st sept.

not bothering with the 6th sept sale as there isnt a foal show beforehand..puts a few bob on a foal if it wins a ticket at the show!!!

It's only the leopard spots which sell here because they are so rare. The blankets are everywhere so not rare at all. Why don't you have one shipped over??

I'm poor Tia! I can't afford to have one shipped over.

I do however know where there is a very good quality few spot stallion who has produced a nice foalie from a coloured mare.

Can you see where this train of thought is leading me?

Erm.....no idea about that one.

I keep teasing his owner that I'm going to make a trip across the border to see what he and Patches would produce.

He's sired some lovely babies hasn't he?

I don't like his colour.....but I do love his musculature!!

Aww bless him. His colour has it's advantages when you want to breed spotties though.

Problem is, Patches has a grey gene which is not really suitable with spotties. Don't want her producing spotty babies that spots fade.
